As if moving itself weren't a feat in itself, including kids to the job can make it appear impossible. Let me be frank, I have six children, I have moved 8 times in the past 12 years including the East Coast (along with a 3 year transfer to Hawaii) of the United States. I guess, I might be a professional at moving with munchkins. I have moved with babies, young children, along with tweens and teens. Keep Them Included! If you can, take them house searching, or have them "discover homes" on property websites. Let them seem like they are a major part of the relocation.

Other methods to keep them involved:
A. When you find your house you are going to buy-- ask your property representative for the layout-- have the kids arrange their space-- where will the bed go? the dresser? carpet? This is in fact really fun. You can include a measuring activity into it also-- will particular furniture fit, and so on
. B. Have them plan a going away celebration-- It why not find out more will have them anticipating something other than the real sensation of moving
C. Develop a scrapbook-- take an image of all the old rooms and document your finest memory that happened in every one.

Other Advice which is not nearly as important:
